I want to play on your server but I am having problems with it. I have tried to contact someone about this (and other reasons before, like someone griefing the server) but I either cannot find a contact way, or when I do, it wont go through (like registering for a forum to talk to someone that way). I sent an email to you when the registration did not go through but I havent heard back. My son got me started playing MC, and we had been playing on your server before the last world was ruined by the hackers. Now, it has changed and I cant go on. I would like to talk to someone about this if I can. I just want to play the game and it would be nice to be in the same world, as that was one reason he got me started to play MC. I hope someone will see this as I cannot get through any other way to anyone from that server. Thanks. : )

You must have premium MC to be able to join the server. If you do and you are still having problems connecting make sure you have entered the server address correctly. Assuming you have, there may have been problems with the server itself. Try again now and see if you are still having problems. Are you getting any specific messages when you try to connect?
