What 
is Fortifications fortifications are item powerups u have 2 kinds or 
fortification  
one for weapons one for armor when u 
fortificate items it gains +1 for each tier  
higher tier has 
a higher fail rate each fail reduces 50 durabillity +9 and up when it 
fails it can destroy your item
