Introduction:

For ages I looked for a decent Fallout server, I couldno t find one. They all either had: A map downloaded from the internet or unfair staff. But I gave up, and decided to make one myself. One with fair donation packages, one that wouldno t be for the hackers, one where people can fuck shit up and make caps.

I created Fallout: New Minecraft.

Fallout: New Minecraft allows you to play best of Minecraft and Fallout in one! Even if youo ve never played the Fallout franchise and are just looking for a server with a twist, a charm of being unique; then this is the server for you. Our server is 24/7 and has staff that would be happy to deal with any problems.

The Map:

On the internet there are maps that people widely download and use for servers, unfortunately these maps are quickly looted, since everyone knows where everything is. The owners of these servers rarely give credit to the makers of the map too. I wanted our server to be different, So we constructed the map ourselves, using a world generator to create a Wasteland. We built ruins, towns and cities across the map, and are still continuing too. Within these ruins and towns we made chests filled with loot, using a plugin to allow each player to loot the ruin, Not to despair as they come across yet another empty chest.

Some ruins are zoned and some are not. If theyo re not zoned then you are free to take them on as your own. There is barely any natural plant life on this server, but you can buy seeds and the such at the shop (/warp shop).

Since our map is a completely custom map, it has taken awhile to build and as result it is still being added too.

Teams (Factions)

The server has the widely used plugin Factions. This enables raiding of other factions; because of this we have allowed griefing as ito s no fun without it! If youo re not rehearsed in factions, do /warp training to find out about them. Factions help enhance PvP and the stealing of other peoples stuff.

We have a plugin that allows you to spawn in friendly mobs (to your faction) that will help protect your base (just like the Fallout followers). They are here:

Archer: Which takes up 2 power and costs 600 caps.

Swordsman: Which takes up 3 power and costs 600 caps.

Mage: Which takes up 3 power and costs 800 caps.

Titan: Which takes up 7 power and costs 1000 caps.

These protectors can be ordered around with commands.

There are NO fixed factions you have to join nor any in-game money cost, you can create a faction and operate it freely.

The Staff

The staff are there to help you, but dono t forget theyo re still players themselves and come on the server for fun! They will help solve your problems, build things and fly around shooting kittens at people! (Wild Wasteland Perk).

MeddlingMoose o Moderator (Plays legitimately and passes any errors or problems on the server to admins. They ARE allowed to raid and have no in-game benefits.)

xEspona o Moderator (Plays legitimately and passes any errors or problems on the server to admins. They ARE allowed to raid and have no in-game benefits.)

bunzofsteel25 o Moderator (Plays legitimately and passes any errors or problems on the server to admins. They ARE allowed to raid and have no in-game benefits.)

We are NOT looking for any staff at this current moment in time. Sorry.

Economy (Money)

Economy on the server is used in the form of Caps, in keeping with the Fallout theme. We have shops on the server (QuickShop) which enable you to sell things youo ve scavenged and buy resources you need to progress on the server. The shop is located above Izafaro s spawn point (Spawn Town) Or you can do /warp shop to get there.

SuperSimpleSpawners

SuperSimpleSpawners is a plugin that allows you to pick up any spawn with a silktouch pickaxe. These spawners can be sold in the shop, sold to other players or used in your own base for traps or mob grinders.

Server Rules

The server doesno t have many rules, just the ones that you would expect but please take your time to read them.

1) No Hacking.

2) Owners word is law.

3) Please speak English in the main chat.

4) No exploiting

5) No glitching

6) Youo re not from PMC, Fuck off.

7) If you ask for staff you wono t get it.

8) No whining kiddo.

Donating information

Donations keep the server alive, and as much as we hate to admit it, we need them. Donators get in-game perks that are not too over powered but worth donating for, this is because we want a fair server, where everyone is treated equal. Donators are NOT excluded from the rules and WILL be punished if they are not followed.

Roleplaying

You dono t have to role-play on this server, but we wono t say no to it. Renaming factions to ones in Fallout is encouraged and building cool bases in the format of Fallout is always epic!

Other Information

The map is 5000x5000 blocks big (Give or take 100 blocks) This is to ensure PvP is everywhere and the Wasteland is never o safeo . It also stops ruins being built too far from spawn.

Griefing and PvP is allowed and enabled, so please dono t whine if you get griefed/killed.

The server is constantly being added too.

The rules are there for a reason! Follow them!

If you dono t like the server, tell us why and if we wono t edit things for you, dono t whine just leave.

Hey I'm JohnJoshua1999 and I'd like to speak for me and fellow fans on this server to you FalloutNewMinecraft. I can't believe you let the server fade. I've been playing Minecraft for 3 years now and That server was BY FAR the best most well made servers EVER and I've been with this server from the start and I was really heart broken to find that this server wasn't coming back. If you ever read this I want you to know I really miss the server andi dream it will come back. I really mean this. Every day for the past year I've been patiently waiting hopeful of it's sudden but welcomed return. We were all close friends on that server and it became more than a game for some of us and that's what made it unique. How we were able to take role play all the way in our factions and we trusted eachother as a server. If there is ever a possibility of bringing the server back it would be epic. I really miss the staff, server, server owner, and my fellow fallout buddies. This really comes from my heart this is why I took the time to write this down.This server was flawless and helped me through tough times in real life believe it or not. This brings back memmories writing this of fun times. even when i died. This server was flawless in my opinion and it never should have been brought down. I've looked for a year now constantly for a half decent server and I failed miserably. You brought down this badass server and I think it should breath once more it has too much potential to leave to rot in the wastelands of dead servers. English Cat, the former owner here.

As much as I'd like to bring this server back I just don't have the resources or knowledge to do so. Last time I had the help of l4pierce who did all the technical work while I worked on construction and ideas. Unfortunately, l4pierce could no longer keep the server up due to life problems and money issues, and as I had no knowledge or money the server was forced to shut down. I do however have the map of the build world, with many many structures that were going to be implemented into the server. One day I hope to use these in a new build. A lot of the staff have since dissolved into the past, and only a few remain in contact and even fewer still play Minecraft. I speak on behalf of the staff team to tell you that we're glad to of helped you in your rough time and we appreciate how much you enjoyed our server - without you and others like yourself the server would of surely died before it even took off.

If the chance of rebirth ever happens I'll be sure to contact you, but for now I'm afraid you're going to have to find a new Fallout server. Happy Gaming.
