Ok. I know that you said no asking for staff. That being said, I am no ordinary minecrafter. So far I have assisted over 5 servers with high expectations. I am an efficient commandblock developer (that means I can pretty much make custom plugins/mechanics but all in game.)  I am also a reasonably good builder and have loads of experience with configuring plugins.
