This is a friendly little server called Freebuildserver.net! We have creative/survival worlds so come join us for some fun!

Server Rules:

These rules are applicable to everyone, donors are not immune to being banned, and should not be viewed in such a way. No one person will be treated differently from another when it comes to rule breaking.

1. Griefing is NOT allowed, please note buildings with a specified sign or mark can not be destroyed.
2.Hacking, or using x-ray is prohibited, anyone found with hacks will be banned immediately.
3.Asking for ranks, op, or gamemode will result in a temporary mute, in some cases you may be jailed.
4.Spam, Caps, and Racism are not allowed, if found using these, you will be punished.
5.We advise that you take caution when swearing, user digression advised.
6.Annoying, or harassing staff can/will result in jail, kick, tempban, or ban.
7.Abusing your powers, out of the few you may have permission to, can/will be bannable.
8.Lastly, always have fun, and if you don't, please tell us what we can do to make this a more pleasant experience

Punishments vary in degree, and will be entirely subjective based upon the offense. Lets say you caused a major grief that affected many people.

Punishment: Either jail, tempban, or perm ban.

If you spam our amazing server:

Punishment: Jail, mute, jail and mute, tempban, or perm ban.

And if you hack or cheat in any way, our AntiCheat plugin will kick you at least 3-5 times before you are perminately banned.

Note: Server Staff reserve the right to mute, jail, kick and ban at their own discretion. They can and will make judgments where necessary. All offenses are up to the discretion of the server staff and will be handled appropriately. If you are a decent human being and you play by the rules then you will not have any trouble enjoying your time on this server.
