You can sell properties to people using worldguards regions!

you can sell items by placing signs on chests and skip a line and put the max you want to sell, then go to the next line and put an uppercase b [​buy price] then a space and put how much the buy price is then put a ":" and then a space and put an uppercase s [​sell price] space, and how much you want to sell for. after that put a question mark on the next row, and then your done!

you can make teams by saying /team create teamname

No Warnings/Bans/Kicks = just a warning

1 Warning = if you break 1 of the rules you get a 1 hour jail

2 Warning = 4 hour jail

3 Warning = 8 hour jail and if you do it again its a temp ban

1 Kick = Ban

Appealed Ban = Permanent ban with no appealing for it
