Our server more or less is like what Alpha servers were back in the day: a normal minecraft community, without any plugins or mods involved. People could grief but didn't do so out of being nice. The overall community was way more friendly. PVP is however enabled in case you'd like to punish that one jerk that destroyed half your house.
