If you're not going to take down the server post until its complete, and aren't willing to work on the server in the first place, how can you expect for it to be completed or get remotely popular?

you don't get it, the server isn't supposed to be open yet. People can PVP in spawn, half the portals don't work, you can get creative in any world, you can break blocks in some spawns, tardis crafting is broken, redstone doesn't work right, etc...

It never should have been posted.
