Lord of the Rings Mod

One of the greatest mods ever developed, the LOTR mod aims to bring Middle Earth to Minecraft and it is well on it's way!
This includes hobbits, orcs, the realms of Utumno and much, much more. You can be good and defend your country valiantly or evil and align yourself with the orcs. There's even ways to hire and arm troops! Join LOTR factions or just kill everyone it's your choice!

If you wish to join you will also need to download Forge client 1.7.10 which can be found  here recommended version and also the LOTR mod itself here beta 26.

NOTE: I suggest not using other mods even if they are harmless as they can effect performance or even your ability to log in.

Common Error: When you first install Forge on 1.7.10 it tends to set your render distance higher than 16 which can cause your game to crash on login. To fix this run your game in Vanilla and lower the render distance below 16 chunks.
