Plotline:

It happened eons ago, before the settlers, even before the native peoples had first settled this land. A meteor the size of a school bus struck the earth with a force of unimaginable magnitude. Smoke, ash and dust filled the skies for months, encircling the globe in a blanket of darkness. When life finally returned to the site decades later, an enormous crater had taken its place.

A number of years ago, settlement began in what is now known as Crater County, the remnants of the cosmic collision, after finding valuable uranium deposits left by the ancient meteor. The crater-faring pioneers creating two towns, Uranium Flats and Meteor City, separated by Devil's Gulch, the only source of water in all of Crater County. Filled with outlaws, corrupt politicians and an unforgiving environment, this is truly the old west.
