I had a server machine lying around with 1Gbps connection, so I made an mcpvp clone to host on it.
Here are some basic plugins on it:
  1. Soup instaheal
  2. No combat logging
  3. Reservations
  4. Warps
  5. Teams
  6. Mob caching to spawn eggs (use a stick)
  7. Anti-XRay
  8. Tracking plugin
  9. ...Lots of backend stuff
Ping for people in Northern Europe should be really low.

If you invite many people you get some bonuses I haven't yet decided on.
If you invite a lot of people, like making a video about it, you can get to be an admin or sth.

You get a perma donate kit or moderator/admin rights if you invite so many players this server gets going
we can talk money also (% of donates) if you single handedly get this going.
