What is RomeCraft: Rising Storm?


RomeCraft: Rising Storm is a Minecraft roleplaying server based in an Ancient Roman and classical antiquity setting, specifically the Early Roman Empire, towards the end of Emperor Galba's reign. The server is a successor of the Romecraft brand started by Stugace, which was based on his resource pack, Romecraft.

On the unforgiving Germanic frontier. Sits a small city called Isvetia based nearby is a small roman garrison tasked with maintaining control of this vast and untamed land, covered in strange and tall trees that yet shroud secrets in their midst. The land is hard and unforgiving toward any that would consider themselves civilized. Even the weather seems to combat your occupancy in these wild untamed lands. The year is now 70 CE. Titus Flavius Caesar Vespasianus Augustus has been declared emperor by the senate. He has put Gaius Licinius Mucianus in charge of the administration of the empire! He is aided by Vespasian's loyal son Titus Flavius Caesar Domitianus. Vespasian looks to secure the empire and Mucianus has put in place a new tax reform in the name of the empire. What these men will mean for the peoples of Isvetia few can tell!
