Hello when i joined your server i spawned on top of a fence and couldnt get of and i got disconected from your server because it said flying is not allowed on this server? please help.

When i logged in i was glitching out i couldnt move and if i tried to call for help it would tell me to type in some password but when i type it in it gets rejected. and then i get kicked for flying because i was glitching :( This has happened multiple times when i try to log on
