Welcome to Silver Towers!

There is a lot we have to offer at Silver Towers, we run and maintain a 24/7 Anti Grief Anti Cheat Multi-World Server. In addition, we have several mini games and activities to accommodate a wide variety of players. Just into Minigames? We have them. Want to build up your home in Survival, we have that too. Looking for Parkour? PvP? Yup, we got it. We are constantly adding new features to our server and we work closely with our community to determine what the people want.

We are not just a group of friends that decided to make a server just for the hell of it, our admins and mods are all 18 or older and some of which have server/networking/security/IT experience. In short, we know what we are doing and will continue to bring the best gameplay experience we can. We have quite a few staff and chances are one of them will be online and able to help you with any issues you are having. And if no staff are available, simply open a ModReq. (/modreq) and a staff member will take care of it when they are online.

Here is a brief look at what we offer.

Worlds:

Survival – This is a standard Survival Map, there is a world border on this map which we expand periodically (this is typically expanded every time Mojang releases an update with new blocks, that way the new area will have the new blocks). Griefing is not allowed in this world, but PvP and Looting are (If you can get to an unlocked chest without griefing, you may loot the chest). This world includes a Nether and End. You can also start building right away by using our Biome Warps to go directly to the biome you want to build in.

Feature World – This is a rotating feature map. This world is not permanent, but you may bring any materials you want from Survival into this world, and also out of this world into Survival. This is meant to be a rotating feature to keep things new and fresh. After a month (or until popularity dies down), we will archive this world and replace it with a brand new map. We will notify players one week in advance of retiring the feature world map to give players an opportunity to get their items out of Feature World. These worlds will then be archived off and brought back when it is once again their turn in the rotation.

The Current Map is: Creative Skylands

Build Contests – This world is a flat world consisting of nothing but 64x64 plots of land and is solely for the purpose of build contests. We will have monthly build contests which everyone is allowed to participate. At the end of each month cycle, we will declare winners and then the plots will be reset and the new build contest will begin. Everyone has creative access in this world, but may only build inside their plot. In addition, anyone who uses their plot to build something that is not for the build contest, may lose their right to participate in the build contest for a specified period of time. In addition to building in your plot, you can also clear your own plot at will, invite your friends, and even change the biome of your plot to match your build.

Current Build Contest: Science Fiction

Creative – This world is only available to donators. If you donate a minimum of $5 you will be given lifetime access to creative world where you can build anything you want. Grief is not allowed in this world.

Mini Games:

Mob Arena – Battle against an onslaught of enemies and difficult bosses
Parkour – Try your jumping skills against our Parkour Courses, we have courses for all difficulties.
Arrowflight – Fly around and shoot your enemies out of the sky, last player standing wins.
Capture the Flag – Retrieve the enemy team’s flag and return it to your base.
DeathMatch/Team DeathMatch – Free For All, Unlimited Lives. First player/team to a certain score wins.

Additional Plugins:
Ranks – Players can gain additional perks for playing on the server. The more time you spend on the server, the more perks you get. This is separate from Donator Perks.
Grief Prevention – Protect your builds in Survival and prevent other people from looting your chests
LWC – Lock your chests (the ones outside your Grief Protection claim)
McMMO – Level your skills and get access to bonus perks in Survival World
ChestShop – Make your own shop in our mall and rake in the cash
SkyBlock - Start your own island and build it out!
Dynmap – See the map of each world (except Factions) online. server.skgaming.net:26466/
Inquisitor – See your characters stats online including, time played, blocks placed, blocks broken, deaths, kills, etc. server.skgaming.net:8081/players/

Upcoming Features:

Quests – We will be adding Quests to Survival
Hunger Games – This was also removed for technical reasons. Those issues are getting worked out and Hunger Games will make a return to the Server soon.
