I would like to apply for admin on this server to help players have fun and I can easily catch hackers. Also
I was admin/mod on a lot of other servers but they had to be shutdown, because of server difficulties; not a lot of people donated.
Pixel Arts Skills : Im not that good at making pixel arts but I can make pvp arenas and the players will like to stay on the server :)
I can get other players on the server by advertising on youtube, on PMC and on Other Minecraft Servers.
I am 13 years old.
The plugins I think would be good for this server is McMMO, McEat and NoCheat what these plugins do is:
McMMO: It allows you to get special attacks such as serratted strikes which automatically makes your opponent bleed. If you get your swords up really high you can make your enemies bleed a lot faster instead of doing serratted strikes. That helps you PVP because you don't have to combo you can straff.
MCEat: It heals up your hearts instead of your hunger bar just like 1.7.3 when there was no hunger bar and food can recover your hearts.
NoCheat: This Plugin allows you to tell who has hacks and who doesnt. It automatically reports to you who has hacks and all you have to do is /vanish and /tp to the player and if they player has hacks you can easily ban them.

The reasons I get banned on different servers was for no reason. I PVP against other admins and they get me banned because they think I hack.

By creating awesome builds and warps for the server that will add to the overall feel of the community and server. By moderating effectively and fairly. Eliminating any conflicts between players in a diplomatic manner. Keeping the server free of hackers and greifers and enforcing the server rules. Finding and suggesting new and fun plugins. Working on making the server fun and easy to get used to for new members and creating new areas to keeps the older members interested.
2. How can you help us look better?
By promoting a good reputation by moderating fairly and making sure to help new members familiarize themselves with the server. I would create awesome community structures, new towns, and areas with warps for easy accessibility that the whole server would be able to enjoy. I can post threads on Minecraft forums and Planet Minecraft to help grow the server. These threads will have a clear description with screenshots and will be displayed in an organized fashion to show we are a organized and fun server.

I am seventeen.
4. How will you get people online, active, and helpful on our server?
Like I said above I will help post threads on various forums and I have lots of friends who play Minecraft which I can get to join the server. Also, promoting a fair and fun atmosphere on the server can be achieved by demonstrating these qualities as a administrator. Encouraging current members to be helpful and welcoming of new members. I would get members involved in team tasks, such as building new towns and adding to spawn. I'd suggest new plugins that our members might enjoy.
Most importantly I think that keeping the server fun and having fair and helpful moderators and administrators is what will keep people online and active, as well as attract new members. Current players that are having fun on the server and are good members who obey the rules are the kinds of people who we want inviting their friends to the server. Attracting these kinds of players is the best way to keep people online and involved.

I am quite familiar with the world edit commands and I know lots of admin, mod and op commands from previous experience. Here's some of the plugins that I have used in the past:

7. Have you ever been banned in any other server at all?
Yes, mostly for no reason. I got blamed for something I didn't do and was banned. Another time I got banned for a "rule" that a moderator made up on the spot (I was pouring lava on my farm animals to get cooked meat and he didn't think I should be placing lava... I still don't know why). I was banned once from normal defaults that somehow got op and hackers.
8. Are you nice, active, and helpful on any server?
Yes, I am op/admin on three servers and I co-owned a server. I am very nice and responsible and I always look see both people's point of view in any disagreements. I am always ready to help also, I enjoy being involved with the community. I am especially helpful to new members.

No, I will not abuse powers. It would be disrespectful to be given admin only to abuse my powers.

Why do i want to be a admin/mod : Because i wanna help u get this server good ratings and get the server at top players, You also want to pick me bacaus eim good with all commands because i have owned a server once and i had several of plugins and learned all commands.
I try to be active on the server but i always dc i do not know
why spec if you could look in to that it would be nice i work good in a team i
can follow directions to the letter. i am good at design and putting ideas from
real life in to the game i know well most world edit commands.

round gamer soo to speak i play a wide range of games from minecraft to dead
island to counter strike what Minecraft means to me Minecraft isnt just a game
to me its a way to express your inner artist i see a normal Minecraft world as a
blank canvas that waits for me to paint on it
like i said earlier i get
along with most people i just get a little upset sometimes with unrelated
matters
well i could go on writing forever but i would stray from the
topic and probably end up writing a story about naruto or something like that (
yeah you guess it the aussie likes his anime lol ) and way thats it peace.
