I've got a new tekkit server up, its not whitelisted but you need to be added by myself to do anything in it.

You need tekkit to join,

You may also need Java 7 
www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre-7u3-download-1501631.html

The central world is a hub that lets you teleport to other peoples worlds.
Because tekkit can get quite destructive each player or group of players can get a world
