Staff is deserved. Donations can all use.
You need to write an app in 7 pages with full sheet and make sure the right type.

If you is the Staff, and we'll see you abuse it becomes first a warning then a kick and finally demotes.
As Staff are not allowed to give out items or build houses or helping people with pvp you get enkelig not allowed to help with anything to kill or get longer.
But you have an obligation to help people with questions and commands.
If you do not help people, we need you not to Flagstaff.
You can not fool around and you have to be mature.
Some nonsense about construction or nonsense in the chat will demote.
