1. ABOUT/MISSION ABOUT:
Xerxia began in March of 2011, originally known as MiA's Playground. It was opened to the public on April 27, 2011. We were until then a server
of friends with everyone joining from word of mouth. We were a large family and decided to release to the public. We had our ups and downs with annoying griefers and noobs, but we stuck through it and prospered. Unfortunately, we crashed hard with the Minecraft 1.6 update and gave up on the server for a while, and have slowly been setting up for a large 1.7 release, which we did. We truly became a server, with many great players, great staff, and all the other odds and ends that make a good server. Well after time, we ran out of funds and the server crashed again. We've waited a long time for this, WE'RE BACK.

MISSION:
Xerxia is here to provide for the players, we believe in our hearts that the player COMES FIRST, and we'll stay true to that. We promise to provide a good minecraft server experience, one that you may not recieve on other servers. We strive as staff to be personable to our players and make them feel like they can come to us with problems. I personally have played on servers where I have felt unwanted or unwelcomed, and it's not a good environment. The staff that we currently have are very good friends. We constantly talk on teamspeak, we are always discussing new ways to add onto our server and enhance the player's experience. In short, we care about our players and we'll show that.
2. INFORMATION Xerxia is a Factions based server in which PvP is ON at all times, and
protecting your stuff with plugins DOES NOT EXIST. Make sure to hide and protect
your stuff with clever doors and traps. We believe in friendships,
alliances, creativity, rivalries, war, safety, and raiding.

No racism, sexism, or other offensive/derogatory statement.
No 1x1 block towers or holes, or any other unnecessary things.
Do not place random water/lava buckets.
Refrain from swearing.
Clientside mods/hacks are FORBIDDEN.
