This was a Roman garden complex/monument I built for fun a month ago for an independent project. It's not based off of any particular structure like previous posts attempt to accomplish, but it nonetheless incorporates many architectural elements and themes that would have been appropriate in Rome -- particularly following Augustus' ascent to power. The structure has a hemicycle design with two tiers of open porticoes. The entire complex has lush vegetation everywhere -- even on the roof! Vegetation includes moss detailing, hedges, and Cyprus trees. The complex also contains a statue in the middle that could be dedicated to Ceres, Juno, or perhaps Venus. I hope you will enjoy this build as much as I had fun constructing it!!
