I recently got banned from this server. I killed someone, and the owner banned me because he thought I killed someone in the spawn area. I actually followed someone out of spawn into the wilderness, killed them, then proceeded to say, "I am the danger." Anyways, it would be nice to have this cleared up.

Not at all what happened, You were banned for using hacks, Hacks are the ONLY Reason I ban someone Immediately, You were running after that guy, You weren't jumping at all, I also noticed you climp up a 4 Block high wall.
