Heyo! Here is my entry for the Halloween Contest! This fine lady is Noire, a new character I created in celebration of Halloween 2018! She is a ghost, (hence her white skin ) and is quite a troublemaker. If anyone know Little Witch Academia and know the character Sucy that is basically her haha. I know it's the first day but I was just too excited I just wait to make this ski. Hope you all enjoy, and Happy Halloween!
