For many, scars have been the natural tattoo of what they have beared in life, often marking the outward appearance of someone to show what they are capable of overcoming x
As today symbolies, it is October 22nd, the day we appreciate our scars and their deep beauty and tales of our lives x
I have scars too with one showing my power to overcome physical pain and the skill of those who helped save my life before I succombed to being crushed by my own vertabrae x
I was diagnosed with Scoliosis a while back and had no other choice but to have surgery for 9 hours, with nearly dying on the table at one point- and after awaking the recovery was 2 years long and very life changing with now having Titanium and Chrome rods, screws, pins and wiring all through my spine x
I do have other scars with other significant stories which some can relate too very well- however some I do not wish to share as they were my own personal battles growing up x
To commemorate this special day, I decided to do an HD version of my Persona JessaMoon with natural floral attire and my scars to show the beauty and life which can come from times where we were strong enough to live through x

It is kinda based off the Japanese art of Kintsugi however I made it more floral haha x
