The Uniform
The outfit seen above is a British Royal Marine Officer's dress coat of the 1782 pattern. The uniform in this skin is on a wooden mannequin wearing a powdered wig; one or both of these could be removed if to be placed on one's own skin. The uniform consists of a coat, waistcoat, breeches, and bicorne, which due to Minecraft skin constraints is unfortunately not a part of the skin.

These are renders of the full uniform with both standard arms and slim arms. Here is the download for the skin with slim arms.
The Coat
The coat is made of red wool, with the cuffs and and lapels being faced with a very dark blue wool. The buttons are made of brass, with buttonholes and surrounding embroidery of metal thread. The curved back contours of the skirts create a leaner profile, fitting of the fashion at the time. While the coat had pockets, they were hidden on the inside of the coat. |
The Waistcoat
The waistcoat was made of white wool, and worn over the shirt and underneath the coat. The wool likely had a felt finish on the outside, with a white flannel lining. Like the coat, the waistcoat had brass buttons. Unlike the coat, the waistcoat had exposed three-point pockets. |
The Bicorne
The hat is made of black beaver fur felt, and may have had a black glazed linen finish for waterproofing. The edges of the hat were bound with black silk. The hat features a black bow cockade held in place by a gold lace loop and a brass button. |

Although do you think you can make a version of the hat somehow on or would it look too odd?
