The shirt on this skin seems similair to your last post (I'm a Master one) Toxi :/ I feel you have the potential to make this into a more special skin. Like your 200 sub special. That one looked like a lot more effort was put into that. 
Just stating an opinion, and
I like the shading, but the hair shading seems a bit off for me. Don't know why :P

By effort I meant clothing.. I think that was obvious since the 200 subwubbies didn't have the good shading this does but it was wearing something that said "this is a sub special." 
No hate against you. Again, just stating an opinion ^_^
