Remastered version of the Altair skin I did a while back!

- Added black hair to Altaïr's head.
- Added darker outlines to the knife - holding part on his shoulder.
- Added holes on his side to put his arms through.
- Added a small line on the front down his tunic, as seen in the revelations modell of him.
- Addes things to his belt (throwing knifes, bags,... )
- Added a short blade on his back
- Added a little bit more detail on his vambraces (the metal part)
- Changed the colour of his arm cloth to be more light
- Added some outlines to his boots.
