America from Hetalia World Stars anime

((I didn't put his glasses on him because I didn't know how to do it while not making him look weird))

He is a very accurate representation of the American stereotype, and his Japanese and English VAs match him perfectly in the anime. He doesn't appear fat, though (he's got muscles).

Edit: I slightly changed the colors. I also added a "50" on the back and slightly edited part of the design (mostly below his torso (not the torso on Minecraft skins) and his jacket).
