The Anglerfish Peoples

Living in the Dark Depths, these peoples are hunters and live either alone or in small groups of up to three. These peoples also have variants, reaching from red to brown. They lure their prey using their luminescent fin ray. Once lured, they kill their fish in a brutal manner. Most of these hunters are female, due to their extreme differences from their smaller, weaker male counterparts.

This anglerfish person is a female of the red variant. Her clothing is of brown seaweed and a broken diving helmet in the left shoulder. This diving helmet might be a trophy of victory from an incident that happened several years ago.

There are many stories and articles circulating about these peoples, from recently to centuries ago. Recently, new discoveries have been made about these peoples, although quite slower than usual.
