don't come for me, i was 13 when i made the original. i'm now 20 (big oof)
also quite frankly I need an inspiration kick so I can work on my darned skin pack *sigh*
so anyway, hi there! this is a recreation of a skin i made when i was around 13. the original skin still exists on skindex, here's the link.
i went from red to orange because i felt like it was more flattering of the pastel colours in the hair.
i also made long sleeves since the other dress sleeves were ugly & im not a fan of half sleeves/sleeveless with dresses.
i was reluctant to add the bow & flower but for the sake of recreation, i did.
i don't mind how this looks all things considered...
ON THE OLD SKIN, clock the backwards under the head shading & the other colour between parts.

it's always fun looking back on past work, especially when it was from a totally different time as far as community comes from. there WASN'T a skin community when i made this. skinning wasnt an art, it was purely an aesthetic you threw together for your own sake. shading wasn't what it was today & noise was everyones favorite tool (yikes).

i was proud of this skin when i made it. i remember loving adding hair accessories because overlays were just so bizarre. of course nowadays my opinions & the normalities have drastically changed, hehe.
go remake one of your old skins, i dare you. it's fun & nostalgic. p:
