My 2nd pokemon skin. The first was Charizard!

Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire Pokedex Entry: Blastoise has water spouts that protrude from its shell. The water spouts are very a
ccurate. They can shoot bullets of water with enough accuracy to strike empty cans from a distance of over 160 feet.

I do tend to spend alot of time making skins. It can take anywhere from 30min - 3 hours. It takes hours mainly when I'm using GIMP to move the textures from 1.7 to 1.8 grid.
