This is what I made for the Mythological Creatures Contest.

The Blemmyes are a mythological race of headless monsters whose faces "do grow beneath their shoulders". These creatures are said to live in Africa and/or Ethiopia and generally south of Egypt.
In some legends they are believed to be cannibals.

wait... Are those anthropophagi? it looks like an anthropophagi and the description is perfect to suport the idea that it is.
