The common blue Bobby, from We Happy Few.
"And in this corner, Constable Constable!" says Bobby. Protecting the haves from the have nots since 1829, you can find these constables patrolling the streets and warding off downer scumbags. Go about the law day-by-day, and you'll never have to worry! But for heaven's sake, don't let them catch you after dark; there's a curfew on from 9 in the evening to 7 in the morning.
For the most part, I was in a spot of luck with this skin. Compulsion Games actually made a cosplay post for the Bobby, and featured were colour codes for the main outfit. It was only when I got to making the face, however, that things proved tricky. It took a while to create the face without making him look terribly derpy. Alas for now, I've done all I could there. If I ever find a better way of putting that into the template, perhaps I'll edit this again one day.
