isn't it possible to like use transparency to thin the arms and legs for example or make the head less squary ? do you use a special prog to edit the characters or you could like take an existing character you backed up somewhere and modified it using paint brush from windows lol. (i'm aware paint doesn't have have transparency I will use gimp 2 for that)
