Meet Team Bombast's Leader, Alva Dalach. Team Bombast is an organisation within the Morrnil Region who go by one saying; "Knowledge is Power." They will pursue any kind of knowledge by any means necessary. Alva Dalach may be a boisterous and overblown as the name he chose for his team, but his true motives are cleverly concealed behind his banter. He also has a background in science and his obsession with it results in his somewhat disheveled appearance.
He was designed by L_Storyteller and I'm super happy with how he turned out!

I must have been more tired than I thought I was when posting this ...
We're still on the road to building Morrnil, but once we are finished, it should feel like it will fit in canon with the other Pokemon Versions.
