I like this skin, diamond. But, I looked at your other skins and I think you should try to work more on color hueing, and shading. Though I may not be the best myself, I studied knobleknives' tutorial and it was really helpful. I think that if you started shading the way he does, or using color hueing, your skins will start to look a lot better. Here is the link to his tutorial.
