I'm not the happiest with how it turned out, but here it is. Celebi is (if you didn't already know) the time pokemon, and I'm not talking about this Dialga cr@p, Celebi is from generation 2, before they started repeating their ideas. So I made this for PhD's Legendary Pokemon Skin Contest which can be found here, so I went on the Bulbapedia, looked at which ones are more humanoid, and decided to go with Celebi.
