Cell is a monster created by Doctor Gero from the Red Ribbon Army to destroy Goku. His main goal is to absorb Androids 17 and 18 to become 'Perfect'. This is his first form (after his pupil stages) before absorbing the two androids. I hope you use this skin to your liking when you feel like you're gonna put 10,000 blocks o' TNT around a creeper and ask "WHAT NOW B*TCH!?" :D
