How do I make a skin? Skindex never wants to work for me so I'm trying to find an alternative Minecraft skin making website.

well there are many different editors, i use skindex atm. i recommend mcskin3d (it can be confusing but its a great editor) I dont use it as I am unable to figure out how to get it on my mac whoopsies. Also the one Rutroh mentioned is a good one as well.
