Technique - 9/10. Well, it sure does look like a Charizard, that's all I have to say. :3
Quality - 7/10. Minimalistic, but it has a charm. Well done!
Functionality - 9/10. I could see a Charizard fan wearing this skin on a server, but only on 1.8+ ones. Thankfully, this is only a nitpick because it wouldn't look too good without any of the 64x64 body details.
