The shading: it was made using DKFIRE42315's shading technique he thought me.
Charizard's pokedex entry: Charizard, the Flame Pokémon. Charizard's powerful flame can melt absolutely anything.(got this from bulbapedia.)

I suggest using transparency. the solid colored black, orange, red, blue, and yellow stand out way too much from the template you used. Using transparency will make the colors blend together to make a shading effect. I suggest Black with 90 transparancy (If you are using Paint.net to skin).
