♣♠Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Allow me to welcome to the circus floor, the great ChooChoo Franko!
Choochoo Franko is the silliest clown in the circus, and is my entry for the Circus Skin contest!
Nobody really knows where ChooChoo came from, but he's pretty loopy. Once the show is over for the day, he's usually in his trailer playing cards with another clown, or out practicing his juggling and other silly tricks.
