Cloud Queen

Clouds are not just floating water in a repeated cycle. Clouds are islands that move around and pour water on earth. Who rules the islands of the clouds? The cloud queen! She controls the entire kingdom and makes sure no monsters roam the islands of above. She wears a special hat that holds the key to all monsters that enter the kingdom. They perish from the clouds but are unfortunately brought to earth. The cloud queen is a very beautiful, mysterious women that holds the power of the clouds.
