This is Archer, a character from the mobile game Clash of Clans. This is the second skin I`ve made of this game, there might be more.

Firstly, a big no-no skinners as a whole should avoid is gradient or pillow shading.
Pillow shading, where light levels are the same on all sides of the skin, gives the skin an unwanted luminescent feel that throws off the viewer. Gradient shading ends up creating a weird, sloping sort of light source that has no definitive point.
The arms are an example of gradient shading. There's no definitive light source, and highlights are in strange places, disrupting the illusion of depth. In order to change this, we're gonna throw a light source at the corner of the front and side of the arms:
Arms
When we remove the gradient shading and random light sources, the skin improves and is much more appealing to the eye.
With the legs, pillow shading was applied, which gave them a blocky, stump-like sort of appearance. They now are more soft and rounded, shadowed in the right places to create the illusion of depth.
As for the face, it's generally better to keep it from being darker than the arms and legs. It gives the appearance of the face being smushed in almost. Since the reference here has high cheekbones, we highlight the cheeks and lips to give her a feminine appearance accurate to the reference.
The last suggestion I have is that the hair should be given a hat layer. It'll give her hair a more pronounced and three-dimensional appearance.
Anyhoo, sorry for the wall of text! And apologies in advance if I came off as insulting D: I truly don't mean to be rude.
