I came up with this idea when I couldn't find a single cookie Steve skin. I tried my best to make Steve half cookie half human with chocolate chips all over his body, his clothes are made of fondant, his skin is made of cookie with a chocolate under layer, and his insides are made of cookie dough and ice cream. Its a walking edible human being, just be careful when eating or you could choke on the cookie dough.
