criticism.. uhh maybe not put a full overlay around the whole head add bangs in some places, also i would try to hue shift the colors a bit try to add some details, also i would look at other peoples skins and try to see how they do their skins and try to apply it into your own type of skin you can look at my profile to see how i do skins ^-^

I see what you mean, hair has never been my strong suit, especially when in comes to shading, I'll try different techniques though.
