This is Cosmic Mario/Cosmic Clone from Super Mario Galaxy 2 (link to Super Mario Wiki's page on him will be provided). Do not get this confused with the Cosmic Clone from Super Mario 3D Land, as the differences are:

- Cosmic Clone from SMG2 is always shown as Super Mario (unlike in NSMB for example when you obtain a Super Mushroom, the normal state of Mario is shown with him being small)

- Cosmic Clone from Super Mario 3D Land has a different colour (purple with yellow eyes), and is often in Mario's normal state, although in S7-4, S7-CASTLE, S8-CROWN, S8-3 and S8-5, he is shown to be the same size as Super Mario

- The voice pitch of Cosmic Clone in Super Mario 3D Land (when small) is a high pitch, but has a lower pitch when large (Super Mario size), and can in this state destroy Brick Blocks

- Mario/Luigi can destroy Cosmic Clone (SM3DL) if they are invincible

---This skin is also part of oii57's Super Mario Skin Contest---

EDIT: I have fixed the problem with the transparency. It is now 100% finished!
CreditSMG2/SM3DL for making the Cosmic Clone, and also don't claim as your own, otherwise you KNOW what will happen

Fixed at last! The transparency has been fixed so the hat is visible and the black isn't shown no more!

If finding a suitable program is a problem, might I suggest McSkin3D? It's a wonderful program for making skins.

Other than that, just remove the black around the hat area, and you should be good to go. This might require an edit through paint.net or GIMP, or whatever image editing program you have that can set transparent colors.

What did you make your skin with, because I am sure that you didn't mean for the face to be covered by black

Since PMC doesn't like skins made in like Skincraft etc, I used the Steve template provided on minecraft.net and made it in Paint. Covered by black? If you mean the skin colour, Cosmic Clone looked like that in Super Mario Galaxy 2, except PMC didn't seem to include the hat (P.S it's a dark shade of red, just to let you know :D)

That is your problem (I have played SMG2) If you make it in paint, there is no transparency. The eyes are covered by the black bit, because paint fills in the transparent bits with black.

Oh yeah I see what you mean now. Yeah unfortunately Paint is the only thing I can technically make skins in. Unless I make it in Skincraft but then edit it I can't do anything I'm afraid, but thanks for pointing that out

Get paint.net. It has transparency, is free, and is the easiest of the major programs to use.
