This is Cosmic Mario/Cosmic Clone from Super Mario Galaxy 2 (link to Super Mario Wiki's page on him will be provided). Do not get this confused with the Cosmic Clone from Super Mario 3D Land, as the differences are:
- Cosmic Clone from SMG2 is always shown as Super Mario (unlike in NSMB for example when you obtain a Super Mushroom, the normal state of Mario is shown with him being small)
- Cosmic Clone from Super Mario 3D Land has a different colour (purple with yellow eyes), and is often in Mario's normal state, although in S7-4, S7-CASTLE, S8-CROWN, S8-3 and S8-5, he is shown to be the same size as Super Mario
- The voice pitch of Cosmic Clone in Super Mario 3D Land (when small) is a high pitch, but has a lower pitch when large (Super Mario size), and can in this state destroy Brick Blocks
- Mario/Luigi can destroy Cosmic Clone (SM3DL) if they are invincible

---This skin is also part of oii57's Super Mario Skin Contest---
EDIT: I have fixed the problem with the transparency. It is now 100% finished!

Other than that, just remove the black around the hat area, and you should be good to go. This might require an edit through paint.net or GIMP, or whatever image editing program you have that can set transparent colors.
