Timmy is an average kid, that no one understands, mom and dad and Vicky, always giving him commands!
I really liked this show when I was younger, and I haven't seen any decent Cosmo skins for people to use, so I decided to make one. I'd say this took like... Maybe 4 and a half hours? I worked really hard on this. :P
Maybe I should do Wanda next. I dunno.
