I'd like to give you some criticism, if you don't mind. :)
Hair - For a beginner, the way you skin hair is pretty nice ! I only see one thing you could mainly improve on, layers. I don't really recommend making all of her front hair 3D, maybe just bits and pieces to add in depth.
Clothes - Honestly, your outfits are perfect xD
Shading - Now, I think this is the main thing you should work to improve on. For shading, you seem to use the noise tool. Not that that's bad or anything.. it just doesn't look the best. I'm terrible at explaining how to shade... so I recommend looking at a tutorial ;v; tbh, sometimes you don't even need to shade !
