A base for a cyan coloured dragon. Maybe they breath lightning, or maybe it's ice. Who's to say? I tried using a lighter palette than I usually do, and limited the amount of colours I used to push my shading style even further, since I prefer fewer colours over more.

I created this skin to enter in the dragon jam.
