Also known as Rob Tedd, Dagger is a specially trained assassin. He has blades built into the sides of his arm pads. He was a spy for a short time, till he was wounded, and the only way to save his life was to make him a super soldier. He now has super strength and agility. He was invited in to the Forgotten Heroes by Nucleoo, the leader of the group. His arm padding has built in blades, that he can use in battle. Also he has smoke bombs, poison darts, and on the side of his visor he can trigger an explosion with his explosive blades.
