The textured soldier here has the rank "Konstabel" which in english equals to a "private"
This can be seen on the shouldertag which is just a simple line.

The light color on the arms is to show a combat shirt "sleeved up" and the lighter green beneath it and in the face is to show "camo painting" Camo painting is naturally brighter than the real uniform, as it gets affected by Blood sweat and tears.
